Payroll Project Coordinator / Jr. PM Location: 100% RemoteDuration: 6 Month Contract with possible extensionDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Assist on an ongoing migration from ADP payroll to Workday as well as a new time & attendance platform.Analyze and map business processes (current state/future state)Develop business and functional requirementsTrack project progress and coordinate with Sr. PMs and Change Manager on the engagement.Must Haves:2+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project ManagementADP Payroll / Workday / Payroll Platform or Time and Attendance system knowledgeStrong communication skillsAble to summarize, explain, and simplify complex projectsTeam player with collaborative approach to workAbility to work independently and collaborate across multiple teamsSelling Points for Candidates:Work from homeRequired Skills: Payroll / Time and Attendance – ADP to Workday on Payroll Side / 3rd Party Platform for the Time and Attendance A lot of coordination – coordinating on the migration to new systems.
