We’re looking for experienced generalist founding engineers who thrive in fast-moving startups, and are excited to create an AI native workspace.QualificationsWillingness to work in-person in San Francisco 5-6 days per weekExperience building production application layer AI productsObsessed with speed and scaleAbility to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsInsatiably curious and learns quicklyHistory of superlative achievementExperience with GoLang, TypeScript, NextJS, Redis, RAG systems, and agent architectures is a plusResponsibilitiesBuild in a full stack capacityTalk to users, track metrics, and iterate quicklyScope out and implement core featuresShape product vision and roadmapCompensation150-250k base. This salary range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as generous equity grants, health insurance, 401k matching, provided meals, team offsites, and potential signing or relocation bonuses.
