DescriptionPatton is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the execution of customer programs within our defense, government, and industrial markets. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day program activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned across teams, and executed with the discipline required for mission-critical environments.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working across cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer stakeholders.In addition to program execution, this role will provide limited support to marketing initiatives that help showcase Patton’s capabilities and completed work.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate execution of assigned customer programs (typically $1–2M in scope)Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables across engineering, procurement, and manufacturingTrack progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or issuesEnsure accountability for action items across teamsCustomer & Stakeholder CommunicationSupport customer communication through status updates and follow-upsTrack customer requests, questions, and issuesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responsesEscalate issues to senior program leadership when appropriateCross-Functional AlignmentServe as a central coordination point between Engineering, Supply Chain/Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales/Customer teamsOrganize and support program meetings, including agendas and action trackingDocumentation & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate program documentation, including schedules, requirements, and change trackingEnsure data is properly maintained in ERP and internal systems (e.g., SyteLine)Support documentation practices required for defense and government programs, including traceability and audit readinessMarketing Support (Secondary Responsibility)Assist in developing project summaries and case studiesSupport website and content updatesSupport proposal development by gathering program and technical inputsMaintain marketing materials and CRM dataAssist with coordination of marketing initiativesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyPreferredExperience in project coordination, operations, or customer-facing rolesExposure to manufacturing, engineering, or technical environmentsInterest in defense, government, or industrial sectorsKey AttributesHighly organized and disciplinedProactive and responsiveStrong communicator across technical and non-technical teamsProblem solver with a hands-on approachComfortable working in structured, process-driven environmentsWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience managing real customer programsExposure to defense, government, and industrial projectsDirect mentorship from senior Program Management and Engineering leadershipA clear path toward Program Management and leadership rolesCareer Growth PathProgram CoordinatorAssociate Program Manager or Associate Project ManagerProgram Manager or Project ManagerCompensationCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based growth opportunitiesFull benefits package
