Lead Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking an Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician for 2nd or Third shift, to ensure reliability and efficiency of electrical systems. Responsibilities include inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Collaboration with maintenance and production teams is essential. This is a large manufacturing facility. Sunday and Monday are typically the days off.Maintain all equipment to a high standardEnsure personal tools, work cart and maintenance shop are clean and in good working orderRepair all electrical tools and equipmentMust be willing to upgrade skills as necessaryAbility to work on PLC/control panels of industrial equipment is a plusFabrication and welding abilities would be helpful.Direct the actions of your assigned mechanics.Follow up on Preventative Maintenance Schedule and schedule equipment change over as needed.Lead a small team.
