The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high food quality standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation and cooking, managing inventory and supplies, creating schedules, and training and mentoring kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for collaborating with store management to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline kitchen processes.QualificationsProficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and maintaining Food & Beverage standardsExperience in ensuring Food Quality and compliance with safety and sanitation practicesSkills in Culinary Management, including staff supervision and operational efficiencyStrong leadership and organizational abilitiesExceptional communication and problem-solving skillsPrior experience in a food service or kitchen management role a mustKnowledge of food safety regulations and certificationsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
