As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.Job SummaryThe Tooling Process Associate I will be responsible for fulfilment of tools across the region providing support in the areas of order fulfilment, general operations, systems support, order tracking and other administrative activities. Responsible for engaging in order entry, management and tracking of tools utilizing digital platforms for Tooling Management.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain housekeeping of tool center to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelinesWorks with limited supervisionBasic understanding in specific tooling operations disciplineMonitor tool system requests with the region field teams and create toolkit project schedules, including last minute changesAccurately maintain dates and equipment certifications in Tooling Database systemCarefully monitor Tooling Database system for requests and project changesNotify site teams of pickup schedules and Tooling systemsAssist with the confirmation of tool assignments in Tooling Database systemAssist with the creation of shipping documents in Tooling Database systemValidate information and serial numbers for accuracy of all tooling equipment in Tooling systemsSupport in providing necessary information regarding the re-kitting of returned tool kits, restocking needs, and tool loss calculationsConfigure and create reports from tooling demand systemGenerate invoices to field teams for tooling supplies, rentals and freightResponsible for purchasing tool center materials and productsLiaison between field teams and tooling for scope and scheduleCreate new digital toolkits in Tooling system when requested from site projectsIdentify process improvements and recommend solutionsParticipate in User Acceptance Testing sessions for new system functionalities as requiredComplete required, annual safety trainingAbility and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignmentsTravel may be requiredMay be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.Required Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environmentModerate computer knowledge which includes but not limited to the following: understands operating systems; understands how to use flash drives and memory cards; knows how to insert hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications; conduct complex sorting, applying filters, and using different views on spreadsheets and databaseStrong team player attitude; maintain flexibility within the changing business prioritiesExcellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environmentEnglish Proficiency RequiredDesired CharacteristicsBachelor’s degreePhysical Requirements (EU Excluded)Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.Compensation And BenefitsThe hourly wage range for this position is $21.25 to $35.10. Employees may be eligible for overtime.
