Great starting pay and a great company to kick-start your career.Don't Wait; Apply Today!Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 Per YearShift:1st Shift 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - FridayLocation: Fort CollinsJob DutiesPlan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfoliosStrengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainablyExpand customer's trust to be the agronomic business partner of choiceIntegrate and position proprietary products into customer business plansRecognize and communicate company finance programs when applicableKeep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plansMake safety a daily priorityAble to work additional hours to meet business demandsPerform any other duties as assigned by the supervisorDemonstrated leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skillsHighly skilled at business/enterprise analysisStrong time management capabilityRequirementsAgricultural based college degree or 3+ years work experience in agronomyClass B CDL endorsement minimum requiredProficient use of computer programs to include Word, Excel and OutlookMust meet DOT and company requirementsApply for this job by clicking the apply button.
