We're Hiring a Talented Colorist / Hairstylist Illusions Salon is a vibrant, upscale salon in Jupiter, FL known for delivering stunning, personalized transformations and exceptional client experiences. We're growing and looking for a passionate, skilled Colorist / Hairstylist to join our tight-knit team of beauty professionals. What You'll Do: Perform expert hair color services including single-process color, highlights, lowlights, balayage, ombre, babylights, vivid/fantasy colors, and corrective treatments Provide precision haircuts, styling, blowouts, and finishing techniques to complement color work Conduct thorough color consultations to understand client goals, assess hair condition, and recommend customized formulas and care routines Mix, apply, and process color with precision while ensuring client comfort and safety Stay current with the latest color trends, techniques, and products. Build and maintain a loyal clientele through outstanding service and personalized follow-up Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming, and inspiring salon environment * What We're Looking For: Active cosmetology license and in good standing Proven experience as a Colorist, Hairstylist, or Color Specialist (2+ years preferred; we welcome emerging talent with strong portfolios) Advanced knowledge of color theory, formulation, and modern techniques (balayage, foilayage, money piece, etc.) Strong cutting and styling skills a big plus Creative eye, attention to detail, and a passion for staying ahead of trends Excellent communication and client consultation skills Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment What We Offer: Competitive commission structure, or booth rental options depending on experience Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance * Built-in clientele potential + marketing support Fun, supportive team environment with regular team events * Ready to take your color game (and your career) to the next level?
