Machine Operator - Production Filler Machine

Milkco is looking to hire a 2nd Shift Filler Machine Operator in our Production Department. This full-time position works 1:30 PM to the end of production, Monday through Friday with an alternating Saturday shift (only 5 shifts total per week). Milkco will train the right candidate! Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. We process, bottle, and ship fluid milk, juice, tea, and eggnog. Established in 1982 with 50 employees, the plant has grown to 250+. Compensation Information: Automatic 60-Day Pay Review Automatic Annual Pay Review Shift Differentials Employment Requirements: Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco). Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day. Must be able to climb a step stool. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Must be able to reach above shoulder level. Experience Will train the right person. Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
