The Ice Cream Batcher is a production team member who creates Clementines decadent ice creams, sorbets, and desserts while upholding the company's high manufacturing and food safety and sanitation standards. Full-Time Hourly Work Hours: Day Shift Key Responsibilities: Batch, produce, and package ice cream per approved recipes and procedures Measure ingredients accurately and record all data for traceability Measure inclusions for ice cream producing and record all data for traceability Manage inventory levels and report when ingredients are needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to FDA standards Operate a digital scale to measure ingredients accurately Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable learning and operating manufacturing equipment (including but not limited to: ice cream freezers, industrial sized blenders, pumps, COP system) Maintain food safety records Quality check ingredients and finished ice cream for everything produced Operate confectionery and baking equipment (including but not limited to: knives, steam kettles, chocolate melter, mixers, blenders, cake slicer) Maintain food safety records Accurately enter yields and lots #s into inventory system Responsible for maintaining ice cream production logbooks for FSMA including cleaning logbooks, temperature logbooks, equipment checks and sanitation records. Support the ice cream production team by stepping in to ice cream production, filling pints, labeling, and helping in the kitchen as needed.
