Commercial Loan Officer

Perriv Consolidated Business Holdings is a management firm in Fort Worth, Texas that oversees multiple wholly owned subsidiaries in the professional and consumer sectors throughout the United States. We are looking for an experienced professional to join one of our firms responsible for brokering commercial loans to businesses throughout Texas. In this position the ideal candidate will perform the following: - Make initial contact with business owners and determine if they are a potential loan applicant - Guide borrowers through the loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation and explaining loan terms - Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the loan process - Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: - Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the financial services industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to perform duties using a computer and smartphone - Ability to meet a minimum production quota each month Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Referral program Vision insurance Wellness program Work from home Compensation package: Bonus opportunities Payment frequency: Paid biweekly Schedule: Monday to Friday Work setting: Remote Experience: Loan officer: 1 year (Required) Location: Texas (Required) Work Location: Remote
