Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Informatics and IT Support Associate role based in Dalhart, TX. The associate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of hospital software and hardware, and providing technical support to staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting cloud-based systems, managing Windows environments, and facilitating effective communication between teams regarding IT needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and troubleshootingExperience with Windows operating systems and Cloud ComputingStrong Communication skills to provide technical support and collaborate with teams effectivelyFamiliarity with healthcare IT systems or experience in a healthcare environment is a plusExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work on-site and address technical issues promptly and efficientlyBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
