Provide on duty supervision, of all staff, in all departments, in the absence of their Department Head/Assistant, and keep their Department Head/Assistant updated on his/her observations Assist, while on duty, in assuring all areas of Crystal Springs are in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Keep the Administrator on call informed throughout the shift with regards to all crucial information on programmatic issues
