From enterprise initiatives and change efforts to leadership messages and employee programs, your work ensures every message is clear, meaningful, and aligned with who we are.ResponsibilitiesCreate, write, edit, and deliver a wide range of internal communication content that keeps employees informed, engaged, and connected to the businessOwn and manage key internal communication channels, including intranet pages, newsletters, and town hallsLead integrated internal communications campaigns in support of change management, leadership communications, and enterprise initiativesPartner with HR, business teams, and Communication Champions to gather insights and translate them into compelling storiesBuild strong relationships with business leaders, plant managers, and employees to ensure communications reflect a global perspectiveTranslate complex or technical information into clear, employee‑friendly messagingSupport executive and leader communications, including talking points and presentationsEnsure messages consistently reflect Lutron’s culture, values, and voiceUse insights and metrics to continuously improve communication effectivenessMaintain high standards of content accuracy, quality, and timeliness across channelsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Liberal Arts, Journalism, English, or a related fieldMinimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for each degree earned or 10 years of professional experience post‑academics5–10 years of experience in internal communications or a closely related roleProven writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a passion for strategic storytellingExperience managing internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, email platforms, collaboration tools)Experience planning and delivering communication campaignsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentAbility to work on‑site; must be within commuting distance of the Coopersburg, PA officePreferredFamiliarity with employee engagement or change management principlesExperience working with a network of Communication ChampionsBilingual English–Spanish or English–Mandarin is a plusCore CompetenciesClear, audience‑focused writingExcellent organizational and project management skillsCollaborative stakeholder partnershipsStrong attention to detail and qualityAdaptability and resilience in a dynamic environmentWorking RelationshipsHR and People teamsBusiness leaders and functional partnersLutron Electronics’ position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
