Contribute to a positive environment by recognizing changes in coworkers’ morale and performance and communicating those changes to the supervisor or managerAssist with the training of new team membersFollow Starbucks’ operational policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that coworkers can locate resources and products. Maintain calm demeanor during periods of high volume or during unusual events to continue operational standards and to set a positive example for the store’s team. Follow all cash management policiesAdhere to all recipe and presentation standardsFollow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all productsContinually reviews the store’s environment to identify problems, concerns and opportunitiesWhat are the requirements for this position?You must be at least 18 years oldYou have a high school diploma or equivalentYou have strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality knowledgeYou have strong problem solving and organizational skillsYou learn quickly, build relationships, and communicate effectivelyPhysical Requirements For This PositionThis can be a physically demanding position.
