Line Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and hands-on experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for supervising assembly line activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely Monitor production processes, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform minor repairs using hand tools and power tools Operate and manage equipment such as forklifts when necessary to move materials within the warehouse or factory floor Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process Train new team members on assembly procedures, safety guidelines, and proper use of tools and equipment Maintain accurate documentation of production metrics, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections Collaborate with management to improve workflow processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives Skills Proven experience in manufacturing or factory settings, with a strong understanding of assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs using hand tools and power tools Warehouse experience including operating forklifts is highly desirable Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and safety procedures in a manufacturing facility Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and ensuring clear instructions are followed Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
