Certified HHA Home Health Aide

The Sentinel of Mohegan Lake, a caring and supportive assisted living community, is seeking a full time dedicated and compassionate Certfied HHA to join our team. Responsibilities include: Escort residents to medical appointments outside of the facility Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing companionship and emotional support to residents Monitoring residents’ well-being and reporting changes to nursing staff Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Supporting residents’ independence and dignity at all times Qualifications: Current and valid HHA Certification (New York State) Required Compassionate, patient, and reliable Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a care team We offer: Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within our organization Join a team that makes a difference every day!
