Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for the Head Coach - Tennis role at Indiana Wesleyan University, located in Marion, IN. The Head Coach will be responsible for managing all aspects of the men’s and women’s tennis programs, including recruitment, training, and development of players. Additional responsibilities include supervising matches, planning practice sessions, fostering an encouraging and Christ-centered team culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant athletic regulations. Collaboration with university staff and offering mentorship to student-athletes both on and off the court will also be a key focus.QualificationsProven skills in Tennis Instruction and TrainingIn-depth knowledge of Tennis and experience in coaching or playing at a collegiate or advanced levelStrong Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building relationships with student-athletesAbility to foster teamwork, mentorship, and leadership among student-athletesExperience in scheduling, administrative tasks, and program development is a plusCommitment to uphold and integrate the values of a Christ-centered academic communityBachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree is preferredhttps://careers.indwes.edu/en/job/495024/head-coach-for-mens-womens-tennis
