Job Description Job Responsibilities:Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emailsProvide timely status updates on truck pickups and deliveriesAssist with creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate employee paperworkUse Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, reports, and data trackingSupport daily operations and assist in other areas as neededRequirements:Bilingual (English & Spanish)Minimum of 2 years of office work experienceProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsSchedule:Monday through Friday7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
