Controller (Full-Time | In-Person)We are a diversified and growing organization managing operations in the Childcare and Homecare industries. We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all accounting, financial management, and treasury operations across our multi-entity structure. The Controller will be responsible for full-scope financial leadership across all entities, including accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, internal controls, daily cash flow analysis, cash flow forecasting, and management of banking relationships. This role reports directly to executive leadership and partners closely with operational leaders. 📍This is a full-time, in-person positionKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage consolidated financial reporting across all business unitsLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesPerform daily cash flow analysis and cash flow forecastingMaintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworksManage banking relationships, credit facilities, and lender reporting requirementsCoordinate audits, tax filings, and external financial partnershipsPartner with leadership across childcare and homecare divisionsIdentify and implement improvements in financial systems, reporting, and processesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience (multi-entity experience strongly preferred)Strong experience with cash flow management and forecastingExperience managing banking and lender relationshipsExperience with QuickBooksStrong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage complexity across multiple operating businessesMust be able to work on-site full time in Lafayette, LouisianaBenefitsHoliday PayPaid Time OffPaid Maternity LeaveHealth Insurance401KWhy Join UsJoin a growing organization where you'll play a key role in shaping financial operations and supporting businesses that directly serve families and communities.
