Real Estate Litigation Attorney – Virginia (Hybrid or Remote)We are seeking two Real Estate Litigation Attorneys to join a growing legal team supporting a high-volume residential real estate practice. These roles focus on pre-litigation and litigation matters involving residential real estate, title issues, mortgages, and foreclosure-related disputes.One position is fully remote, and the second is hybrid (2–3 days/week in Richmond, VA).🔍 What You’ll DoHandle a caseload of residential real estate litigation matters from pre-suit through resolutionManage disputes involving title issues, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and related real estate claimsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentationConduct depositions and participate in hearings as needed📌 RequirementsActive Virginia Bar license (required)1+ year of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to title, real estate, mortgage, or foreclosure mattersExperience handling discovery, depositions, and litigation workflow preferredStrong writing, analytical, and case management skillsAbility to independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision💼 Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + BONUSAnnual bonus eligibilityStable, high-volume practice with consistent workRemote or hybrid flexibility (Richmond, VA office option available)📍 Location OptionsRemote (U.S.-based, VA bar required)Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in Richmond, VA officeIf you are interested in learning more, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
