Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is responsible for driving new product development from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, cost, and schedule objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design, simulate, and develop RF/microwave components and systemsLead cross-functional project teams to deliver new products on time and within budgetPerform technical analysis to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirementsDevelop cost estimates, timelines, and project plans for new product initiativesCollaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to support prototyping and production readinessOptimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiencyProvide technical support for production, including troubleshooting, design improvements, and component obsolescenceMentor and support junior engineers and technical staffQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)8+ years of experience in RF/microwave design or related fieldExperience with RF simulation, modeling, and testingStrong understanding of electronic systems, communication technologies, or similar applicationsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsWork Environment: This position operates in both office and manufacturing environments and may require hands-on support during prototyping and production activities.
