Senior Technical Recruiter – High-Volume Ramp-Up (Banking & Financial Services)
Job Summary Techstra Solutions is seeking an experienced High-Volume Technical Recruiter to support rapid hiring ramp-ups for banking and financial services clients. This role is designed for recruiters who excel in fast-paced environments, can manage large requisition loads , and consistently deliver qualified candidates under aggressive timelines. The focus will be on hiring Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other technology roles within the banking domain.Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for banking and financial services rolesHandle 15–30+ active requisitions simultaneously during ramp-up periodsPartner closely with hiring managers to quickly align on role priorities, must-have skills, and timelinesProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referralsConduct high-throughput screening calls while maintaining candidate qualityCoordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes with speed and accuracyBuild and maintain ready-to-deploy talent pipelines for recurring banking rolesSupport rapid onboarding and start-date coordinationTrack recruitment activity, submissions, interviews, and hires in the ATSProvide daily or weekly recruiting metrics and status updatesEnsure compliance with client, regulatory, and internal hiring standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT staffingProven success in high-volume or ramp-up hiring environmentsExperience recruiting for banking or financial services rolesStrong understanding of technical and functional roles (Business Analysts, Developers, QA, etc.)Ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines and shifting demandsHands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing toolsStrong communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skillsResults-driven mindset with a focus on speed, quality, and accountabilityPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting large client ramp-ups (20+ hires in short timeframes)Familiarity with W2, contract, and consulting hiring modelsExperience working with banking clients or regulated environmentsMetrics-driven recruiting background (submissions, interviews, hires, time-to-fill)About Techstra Solutions Techstra Solutions helps leading organizations unlock the value of Digital and Talent Transformation .
