Corporate Tax Manager

The Bolton Group is partnering with a large privately owned manufacturing to search for a Corporate Tax Manager. This position reports to the CFO and will ensure compliance with tax laws/regulations, develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risk.This key leadership role will demonstrate and exemplify the company’s core values and will collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence decision making at all levels of the organization.The position is hybrid with Friday remote.Pay: 140K + bonusRequirementsCPA requiredBachelor’s degree - Accounting, Finance or related7+ years of progressive tax experiencePublic accounting and corporate experience preferredTax provision (ASC 740) is requiredProven leadership experienceIf you are interested in the opportunity, please reach out to Thun Lennert at tlennert@boltongroup.com
