Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controller located in Waxahachie, TX. The Controller will oversee the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budget management, and preparation of periodic financial reports. The role involves supervising accounting procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing financial records, and collaborating with leadership to support strategic decision-making. The Controller will also lead efforts to optimize financial performance and maintain internal controls. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and ForecastingProficiency in General Ledger Management, Financial Reporting, and AuditingExperience in Compliance, Taxation, and Risk ManagementAdvanced knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP systemsExcellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively while performing in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with prior management experience
