About the CompanyWe are an entrepreneurial hedge fund managing approximately $500 million in assets with an 8-year track record. The firm operates a multi-PM platform of sector-focused portfolio managers running market-neutral long/short equity strategies, alongside opportunistic commodities trading.About the RoleWe are seeking a technically oriented operations leader to help build and scale the firm’s data, systems, and operational infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and the investment process, partnering closely with portfolio managers and senior leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and improving workflows in a fast-paced investment environment.ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance internal data infrastructure supporting trading, risk, and reporting workflowsAutomate operational processes across trade capture, reconciliation, and reportingIntegrate and manage data from prime brokers, OMS/PMS platforms, and market data providersDevelop dashboards and analytics tools for performance, exposure, and risk monitoringPartner directly with portfolio managers to improve analytics and decision-support capabilitiesEvaluate and implement scalable operational and technology solutionsHelp support operational due diligence and infrastructure documentation Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in a hedge fund, trading firm, or financial technology environmentStrong technical background with proficiency in Python and/or other data-oriented languagesExperience working with APIs, financial datasets, and SQL/database systemsUnderstanding of hedge fund operations and the trade lifecycleStrong problem-solving ability and self-directed execution Preferred SkillsMulti-PM or long/short equity platform experienceFamiliarity with OMS/PMS systems such as Enfusion, Eze, Bloomberg AIM, etc.Experience building data pipelines, dashboards, or analytics toolsExposure to commodities markets is a plus Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation with strong performance-driven upside.If interested, please apply directly or message me privately.
