Conduct tours of the hotel and meeting spaces, showcasing facilities and servicesto prospective clients. Assist in negotiating room rates and other hotel services, communicating bookedgroups to hotel management, and supporting contract negotiations. Provide comprehensive support to clients, from initial contact through thecompletion of their event, acting as the primary point of contact. Consistently communicate with all team members, serving as the liaison betweendepartments and clients to ensure a seamless guest experience. Collaborate with the sales team to assess departmental progress, adapt salesstrategies, and enhance sales efforts. Coordinate customer specifications with other departments, responding quickly tocustomer comments, issues, and requests. Maintain organized and legible records, files, and documentation to ensureaccurate client communication and follow-up. Reach individual booking revenue goals by selling, negotiating, prospecting, andmarketing the hotel across social media channels. Prepare contracts, proposals, rate agreements, and other necessarydocumentation, coordinating with relevant hotel departments. Resolve issues, complaints, and problems to ensure high-quality service andcustomer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall salesobjectives.Position Requirements Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
