Job Description Job Title: Mosquito & Tick Pest Control Technician (Direct Hire)Location: Hanover, MASchedule: Monday–FridayJob Type: Full-Time | Seasonal (Mid-April through Mid-October)Pay: $800–$1,300 per weekJob OverviewAdecco is partnering with a local employer to hire Mosquito & Tick Pest Control Technicians on a Direct Hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team servicing residential customers across the South Shore, Cape Cod, and South Coast areas.This is a route-based position where you will work independently, with strong earning potential and paid training provided.Responsibilities Include:• Service approximately 30 residential customers per day• Identify, treat, and prevent mosquitoes and ticks on customer properties• Operate an independent service route• Carry and use a 40–50 lb backpack sprayer• Deliver strong customer service on each visit• Routes begin and end daily in Hanover, MAQualifications Include:• Pesticide Applicator's License is required for consideration• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)• Reliable and dependable with strong attendance• Ability to commute to Hanover, MA daily• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions• Ability to handle physical demands of the roleCompensation & Benefits• Direct Hire opportunity with the client• Paid training at $150 per day• Average earnings of $30,000 over a six-month season• Weekly pay ranging from $800–$1,300• End-of-season bonus potential• Paid holidaysWork Environment• Outdoor, field-based role• Independent, route-driven work• Based out of Hanover, MA** If interested, please apply directly to this job posting!!** Pay Details: $30,000.00 to $32,000.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
