This role drives continuous improvement through defined performance metrics and ensures products, processes, and systems align with Mondi USA’s mission, values, and goals.Your Mission:Lead all operational areas including Safety, Environmental, Quality Systems, Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering, and ManufacturingDrive continuous improvement across all operational areas using agreed performance metricsEnsure products meet or exceed customer expectations through strong manufacturing practices and quality standardsImprove products, processes, and procedures while optimizing use of human resourcesAchieve financial objectives by developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing plant assetsOversee material movement, storage, purchasing systems, and inventory controlRecruit, coach, and develop operations leadership to drive performance and accountabilityEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and proceduresReport non-conforming materials and process deviations into the Non-Conformance Management SystemContribute as a member of the senior management team by aligning cross-functional objectives and supporting strategic initiativesYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required8–10 years of experience in operations or manufacturing leadershipIn-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including production, quality, and sales alignmentExperience with blown film and flexible packaging processes preferredStrong understanding of diverse cultural and organizational environmentsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to understand employee and customer needsProven leadership experience managing and developing teamsStrong presentation and computer skillsOur offer:$185-$210K base salary plus bonus Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401k Retirement Savings PlanGet in touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
