If this inspires you, please apply!Role SummaryThe Strategic Partner Operations Lead owns the operational execution and delivery of Otto’s enterprise partnerships. This role serves as the lead for partner program delivery, internal alignment, ensuring programs are on time, scale effectively, and reach their full potential.This role does not own clinic adoption velocity or sales outcomes. Instead, it removes friction so growth teams can execute successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Execution & DeliveryOwn day-to-day operational management of Otto’s strategic partnersTranslate partner commitments into clear internal delivery plansEnsure roadmap alignment and delivery against agreed timelinesIdentify risks early and drive resolutionInternal Alignment & AccountabilityServe as the primary interface between partners and Product/EngineeringHold internal teams accountable to delivery commitmentsRun structured internal partner operating cadences (weekly/monthly)Escalate strategically, not reactivelyLeverage data and reporting capabilities to quantify results and monitor program effectivenessPartner Relationship ManagementNavigate complex, matrixed partner organizationsDrive clarity on ownership, approvals, and decisionsMaintain partner confidence through clear communication and follow-throughPrepare and lead partner execution reviewsCross-Functional OrchestrationAlign cross-functional departments around partner needsEnsure growth teams have what they need to execute (enablement, readiness, clarity)Act as the operational backbone behind partner expansion effortsWhat This Role Is NotSales or quota-carrying roleOwner of clinic adoption velocityProduct Manager building featuresPure Account Manager or Customer Success role**This is a delivery, leverage, and accountability role.Ideal Candidate Profile5–10+ years in SaaS, platform, or enterprise partnershipsProven experience operating cross-functional teamsStrong executive communication and organizational navigation skillsCalm under pressure; highly structuredExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programsComfortable working with data and reporting tools to measure program outcomesThis a remote US based work from home position. Austin, TX preferred.
