This full-time exempt position is based onsite in San Francisco and reports to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.The role combines brand strategy, creative campaign development, paid media execution, and cross-functional campaign leadership across digital, social, and broadcast channels.What You’ll DoDevelop integrated campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals, audience insights, and brand prioritiesLead campaign ideation and concept development for major brand initiatives and campaignsCreate campaign briefs that guide creative teams while maintaining strategic direction and messaging consistencyPartner with designers, video producers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple channelsOwn and execute brand-focused paid campaigns across social media and broadcast platformsCollaborate closely with growth marketing teams to ensure alignment between brand and performance marketing initiativesTranslate complex topics related to AI safety, digital wellness, policy advocacy, and research findings into compelling audience-friendly messagingPartner with research, insights, and data teams to develop campaigns grounded in audience understandingBuild messaging frameworks that resonate with parents, educators, policymakers, and youth audiencesCoordinate campaign integration with communications, editorial, and program teamsManage external agencies, vendors, and specialized creative partners as neededAnalyze campaign performance metrics and optimize creative strategies based on data and insightsManage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communicationsPresent campaign strategies and creative concepts to leadership and internal stakeholdersMonitor creative trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted marketing opportunities to support innovationWhat You’ll Bring5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, creative production, or marketing operations2 to 3 years of experience coordinating cross-functional marketing projects and workflowsStrong understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns are planned, developed, and executed end to endExperience collaborating with creative, growth, social, video, and events teamsExperience supporting senior leadership with coordination, presentations, and stakeholder managementStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and organizational levelsAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain deadlines, and navigate high-pressure campaign launchesExperience managing external vendors, deliverables, budgets, and campaign timelinesProficiency with Asana, Figma, Google Workspace, and related collaboration toolsAbility to manage scope appropriately and provide constructive pushback when necessaryBonus Points ForExperience implementing or improving creative intake and workflow systemsBackground in nonprofit, mission-driven, advocacy, or education-focused organizationsExperience in design, video production, growth marketing, or related creative disciplinesFamiliarity with digital asset management best practicesExperience supporting grant reporting or compliance-related deliverablesInterest in digital wellness, AI safety, youth advocacy, or online education initiatives
