CNC/EDM Machine Programmer/Operator

Great Opportunity for someone looking to join our growing company! The right candidate should be able to program, setup and operate CNC Sinker EDM, CNC Mill (Alibre CAM, Visual Mill), Wire EDM: AGIE Charme 240 SC and 300 SP (Opti Cam) as well as setup and operate manual mills, lathes and surface grinders. CNC and EDM experience a must. Summary: Program, setup and operate Wire EDM and CNC machines. Other duties may be assigned. At the direction of the Leadperson sets up and runs CNC & EDM equipment to produce parts per customer drawings. Verifies that all work performed is in accordance with customer drawings and specifications. Consults with Leadperson for information necessary to perform tasks which may include type of materials to be used in fabrication or to analyze written specifications, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to determine sequences of operations. Completes paperwork and inspection procedures as directed. Maintains a clean and orderly work area while complying with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.
