Job Description AAA is looking to increase their footprint in Florida and is doing so through independent agents. I will be opening a scratch agency and looking for an experienced agent that can come in and focus on selling. My goal will be to have a fun environment that truly focuses on the best customer service in the industry. When I find the right person, I will make sure to compensate them so I am able to retain them long term. I know the success of an agency is directly tied to having the right staff.
