Superintendent – Healthcare ConstructionNaples, Florida | Full-Time | Top-Tier General ContractorWe are currently representing a leading national General Contractor looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team in Florida.This role will lead on-site operations for complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader with strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management experience.This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially strong builder with a long-standing reputation for delivering large-scale, technically complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day site operations and supervise field teamsMaintain and enforce jobsite safety standards and proceduresManage trade contractors and subcontractor coordinationDrive CPM schedules and short-term lookahead planningOversee site logistics and construction sequencingImplement and manage QA/QC programsCoordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirementsReview and process RFIs, submittals, and shop drawingsMonitor labor productivity, material usage, and project costsLead or attend owner, subcontractor, and safety meetingsMentor and manage Assistant/Area SuperintendentsRequirements10+ years of construction experience in field supervisionProven experience delivering ground-up healthcare or large commercial projectsStrong understanding of MEP systems and complex building systemsExperience managing multiple subcontractor trades on large projectsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (experience considered in lieu)Why Consider This OpportunityCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work on large-scale healthcare projectsStrong pipeline of upcoming work across the regionCareer progression with a well-established national builderCollaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and long-term growthInterested in learning more?
