Must have two years previous experience in a high volume, upscale environment. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in high volume and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. If you have a passion for creating meals that “wow,” we want to hear from you.Duties and Responsibilities: Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts are requiredMust have two years previous experience in a high volume, upscale environmentstock for fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready.Prepare food in a timely manner and according to recipe cardsMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessaryFollow all food safety regulationsParticipate in daily kitchen opening and closing proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the head chef or management Adhere to all company policies regarding ethics and integrityQualifications: Two years previous experience in a high volume, upscale environmentServe Safe or Food Handler’s CertificationKnowledge of upscale culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent time management skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
