A company is looking for a Senior Client Operations Lead.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead new client implementations and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients
Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities and optimize client programs
Create performance reports and advocate for client success through regular communication and strategy identificationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience in project management and client relations
Ability to prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for clients and internal teams
Experience in identifying revenue-generating opportunities across client portfolios
