Program Manager - Construction Management Services (CMS)

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager - Construction Management Services (CMS) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.This role will lead a complex construction management services program with a focus on compliance, quality, and operational execution. The Program Manager will coordinate staffing, contract support, and stakeholder communication to keep large-scale programs moving forward. Success in this position will depend on strong risk management, disciplined documentation, and effective oversight of program activities across federal and military-facing work.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $148,300 – $266,900 annuallyResponsibilities Provide overall management and leadership for all construction management services activities, ensuring compliance with standards. Oversee recruiting, staffing, and coordination for program personnel. Implement Quality Assurance (QA) procedures according to applicable regulations. Support contract administration, including reviewing submittals and modifications. Oversee documentation preparation and submission for contract-related reports. Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for coordination with stakeholders.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Current, active Secret Clearance required. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required. 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in program management for construction management services.
