MRI Technologist - MRI - Pool - Variable Shifts

Job Description PURPOSE OF JOB : Perform requested studies and manipulate data requiring the use of MRI as a diagnostic tool for patient care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Screen patients and any others entering magnetic field for ferrous and RF-sensitive materials. Perform all MRI procedures as established in MRI protocol manual. Maintains Department coordination Equipment maintenanceJob QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS :Education: Graduate of accredited school.ARRT license and registered .Must possess MRI Registry credentials or must obtain within 1 year from hire date.CPR certification .Experience: 3-5 years MRI experience preferred.Philips MRI equipment experience helpful .
