This is a developmental role designed to provide exposure to both field and project management responsibilities, with mentorship from experienced leaders.You Will Assist WithUnderstanding construction drawings, specifications, and overall project documentationSupporting the maintenance of submittal logs, RFIs, meeting minutes, and as-built drawingsReviewing and tracking shop drawings and submittalsAssisting with procurement, subcontractor coordination, and identifying scope gapsSupporting change order pricing and documentationUtilizing project management software for tracking and reportingAssisting with project closeout and punch list processesUpholding OSHA and Beck safety standards on-siteCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project successA Strong Candidate WillBe motivated to learn from experienced project managers and field leadersShow initiative in problem-solving and taking ownership of tasksCommunicate effectively and work well in a team environmentDemonstrate strong organization and time management skillsHave a passion for construction and delivering high-quality workBe interested in innovative delivery methods and continuous improvementBasic Qualifications0–2 years of construction-related experience or internship exposurePursuing or recently completed a degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)Basic understanding of construction documents is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is preferred but not requiredBeck’s BenefitsAt Beck our team member experience goes beyond your day-to-day work activities – we also want to support the rest of your life goals, milestones and challenges.
