Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, entering production data for KPI monitoring, and ensuring production standards are met. Ideal candidates will have injection molding experience, at least 3 years of supervisory experience, and a Bachelor's in engineering or operations management. Must possess strong communication skills and be able to work flexible shifts.
