The Procurement oversees the sourcing and supplier management of external services that support production operations. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, results-driven supplier relationships, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of handling high transaction volumes, and excels at cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for external services supporting production, including sourcing, contracting, and supplier performance management
Develop request for proposal to support the Procurement strategic direction of the team and company
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective service delivery
Handle high volumes of purchase orders, service requests, and supplier interactions with accuracy and efficiency
Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, finance, and other internal departments to align procurement activities with business needs
Monitor supplier performance, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting activities
Proactively resolve supplier or service-related issues to minimize impact on production
Lead or support negotiations with suppliers for pricing, service levels, and contract terms
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of four years managing procurement or supply chain processes and team, preferably in services procurement or production environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail
Experience overseeing supplier relationships and performance management

Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
Experience managing service-based contracts and SLAs
