Sales Processing Support AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Processing Support Analyst to support our North America Federal Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Operations business. This role supports critical operational processes by executing routine to moderately complex tasks that require strong attention to detail, basic problem-solving skills, and sound independent judgment. The ideal candidate can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Responsibilities:Perform administrative processing tasks to support day-to-day operationsProvide ongoing operational support to the NA Federal Q2C Operations teamConduct data entry, research, and validation to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain system records and ensure adherence to process and compliance standardsUtilize various internal tools including SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel, Outlook, SharePoints, etc.Follow established procedures while applying basic problem-solving techniques to resolve issuesIndependently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlinesExecute data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and accuracySkills required:12 years of relevant experience in:Data entryAdministrative supportSales operations or order processingStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow structured processes and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Works well in both team and independent environments
