This is a *temp-to-hire* opportunity with long-term career potential, hands-on training, and a culture built on safety, teamwork, and innovation. *About the Role* We’re looking for a *detail-oriented Electrical Assembler* with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude. You’ll support the build of critical power distribution equipment by bending conduit, pulling wire, installing cable trays, and assembling components with precision and care. *Why You’ll Love Working With Amer Technology & Schneider Electric* * *Career Growth:* Whether you’re coming from trade school or have years of industrial experience, Schneider invests in your development through structured, hands-on training. * *Safety-First Culture:* Work in an environment where safety, respect, and inclusion are non-negotiable. * *Team Collaboration:* Join a supportive, high-performing team that solves problems together and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. * *Temp-to-Hire Path:* Once hired by Schneider Electric, you gain access to competitive pay, comprehensive health benefits, retirement plans, and generous paid time off. *Key Responsibilities* * Bend conduit, pull wire, hang ladder racks, and secure cable * Use power tools to assemble components * Read, set, and use torque wrenches * Work independently or as part of a team to complete building project * Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes *Requirements* * High school diploma or GED * Proficient with tape measures and conduit bending * Skilled in cutting, stripping, and pulling wire * Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out and the 5 S's * Experience hanging ladder racks and cable trays * Able to lift 40-50 lbs. and work safely on ladders * Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and sitting for extended periods *Preferred Skills* * Industrial electrical experience highly desirable (commercial experience accepted) * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Experience installing industrial distribution panels and cabinets * Familiarity with 3-phase power installation * Understanding of wiring schematics and electrical diagrams * Proficiency with power hand tools *Diversity & Inclusion at Amer Technology* At Amer Technology, we celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
