Office Manager – Part-TimeCustom Security Systems, Inc. is hiring a part-time Office Manager to help support daily operations, project coordination, invoicing, permitting, recurring services, and general administrative organization.This is a part-time hourly position starting at $22.00/hour, with the potential to grow into a full-time salaried role based on company needs, workload, and performance.What You’ll SupportGeneral office administration and organizationInvoicing, billing coordination, and accounts receivable follow-upProject and team coordinationRecurring service tracking and renewal managementPermit processing and documentationSetup and support of internal systems and time tracking toolsInsurance documentation and administrative processingClient, vendor, and internal team communicationLight social media and marketing supportScheduleWork will generally fall within normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with anticipated work of up to 4 hours or more per day, depending on availability, workload, and outstanding tasks.This role includes a 90-day trial period for both parties to determine overall fit and long-term alignment.Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with business software, email, spreadsheets, and internal systems.Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
