Our engaged team leads with integrity, and unites with purpose, driving toward innovation and continuous improvement every day.Responsibilities:Put stock away, label parts, re-label parts, perform inventory transactions, package product for inventory and/or shipment, prepare shipments, as well as pick parts from inventory or staging to be used for production needsPick orders from various sources (inventory, storage, staging, etc.) to meet customer contracted shipment criteriaProperly package and secure parts for transport to eliminate any potential damageReceive, validate, and process incoming parts from outside sourcesShip, validate, and process outgoing components from outside sources, inventory, or direct from productionSet up and run belt slitting machineLoad/unload pallets with a standup forklift and/or pallet jacks from delivery trucks and pallet racksResponsible to cross train in all the functional areas of the warehouse including those previously mentioned as well as those deemed necessary by supervisorAny other task assigned by supervisor and managementQualifications:Have a valid driver's licenseAbility to obtain a forklift licenseLiteracy with ability to both read and write clear, complete forms as required by the positionGood communication skillsOrganized & thoroughAble to lift up to 50 pounds in a safe mannerMeticulous and accurate, detail orientedAble to work well under pressureTeam player - able to positively contribute to the team by working well with co-workers and supervisorsAble to consistently demonstrate good judgmentAn independent worker when necessaryAble to stand for long periods of timeProficient in various computer software, i.e., Microsoft Excel or WordPreferred Qualifications:Possess the background, education, or training (OJT) in clerical/warehouse responsibilities.Shipping knowledgeOur Employee Value Proposition:Market competitive benefits package, including company-sponsored health coverage, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave and paid time offWork in a collaborative environment with passionate and innovative teammatesSolve is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination or harassment of any kind.
