Roofing Laborer

Job Overview All Concepts Roofing is seeking a skilled and experienced Roof Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in asphalt roofing and metal roofing. As a Roof Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs in compliance with state laws, building codes, and OSHA regulations. You will also be expected to maintain a professional demeanor and represent All Concepts Roofing positively on all job sites. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain asphalt, metal, and flat roofs according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Use roofing tools and equipment, including but not limited to hammers, roofing nails, roofing shovels, power tools, and safety harnesses, provided by the installer. Ensure all roofing projects comply with state laws, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations. Safely remove and dispose of old roofing materials. Accurately measure and cut roofing materials to fit around vents, chimneys, and other roof features. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any issues or concerns to the project manager or supervisor promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and professional at all times. Represent All Concepts Roofing in a positive and professional manner on and off job sites. Requirements: Proven experience as a Roof Installer with expertise in asphalt and metal. Must provide personal tools necessary for the job. Strong understanding of state laws, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and tools. Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. Stamina to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
