Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining high quality standards, and driving efficiency on the production floor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production floor.Lead, coach, and motivate production staff to meet performance and safety goals.Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the flooring manufacturing process.Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and coordinate with maintenance as needed.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.Track production metrics and assist with reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (flooring industry a plus).Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot problems and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with production metrics, inventory systems, and basic computer tools.Benefits: Competitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401k MatchCareer development opportunities• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thur - 2:00pm-12:30am (Pay rate based on experience + $1/hr shift differential)o Overtime is paid at 1.5x hourly rate
