( Per deim Role: You will be paid per visit)Position Summary:A Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available to support our skilled nursing and sub-acute rehab partners within the BrightStar Care Acton–Andover–Lowell areas. This role offers the flexibility of per diem work with the opportunity to join additional PRN rosters across our local care network.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive and compassionate physical therapy services in accordance with physician ordersAssess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and quality of lifeDeliver skilled interventions, therapeutic exercises, and education to patients and caregiversDocument patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with company and regulatory standardsCollaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective careEnsure a safe and positive therapy environment at all timesQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy programPossess a current Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) license to practice in MassachusettsHomecare experience & Assessment experience.Prior experience in skilled nursing or sub-acute rehab settings is preferred but not requiredStrong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible per diem schedule
