Role DescriptionThis is a full-time position for an Administrative Assistant based in the Columbia, MD Headquarters building. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, accounting support, managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks. The role involves handling phone correspondence with professionalism, supporting office management activities, and ensuring efficient daily operations.QualificationsProficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing office operations and documentationStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholdersExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance and calendar coordinationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with office software such as Google Work Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, CRM and scheduling toolsAbility to work independentlyPrior experience in a professional office settingExperience with AI & AI Agents a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is a plus
