Swiss Type - CNC Setup/Operator

```Job Overview:```*MUST HAVE Swiss Type CNC Setup/Operator with Minimum 5 years' experience to be considered.*We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Turn Setup/Operator to join our team. The CNC Swiss Turn Setup/Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, shaping, and finishing parts and components. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years' experience with SolidWorks, basic math skills, and mechanical knowledge.```Duties:```Set up and operate CNC Swiss Turn machines according to specificationsLoad and unload materials into the machineMonitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiencyMake adjustments to machine settings as neededInspect finished products for accuracy and qualityPerform routine maintenance on machinesTroubleshoot issues that may arise during production```Qualifications:```Previous experience as a CNC Swiss Turn Setup/Operator or similar roleProficiency in SolidWorks and CAM programmingAbility to read blueprints and interpret technical drawingsBasic math skills for measurements and calculationsKnowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systemsFamiliarity with tools such as calipers, lathes, and pressesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesIf you are a skilled CNC Swiss Turn Setup/Operator looking for a challenging role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.
